Job Title: Corporate Credit Analyst

This is a key role in our organization that requires a deep understanding of corporate credit analysis. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of EMEA Corporate clients and undertaking objective detailed due diligence of borrowers/industry.

As a Corporate Credit Analyst, you will work closely with the Credit Analysis team to promote an optimal risk/return on the banks' lending opportunities. You will manage end-to-end annual renewal of limits and borrower ratings as per the Banks credit processes and procedures collaborating with other stakeholders (Relationship Managers, Product teams, and Credit Officers/Approvers).

You will also be responsible for covenant checks and periodic monitoring reports. Preparation of periodic sector reports and event-based stress tests of the portfolio as necessary. Additionally, you will support Relationship Managers/Senior Credit Analysts in the department on ad-hoc requests related to new transactions or other portfolio reviews.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in fundamental corporate analysis gained in either a bank or their equivalent environment">
  • Emphasis on credit analysis in the context of a transaction or event">
  • Minimum experience of 7-8 years after Post Graduation (CA/CFA/MBA Finance or their equivalents)">
