Drive business growth through corporate banking solutions as a Senior Relationship Manager with our team.
About This RoleThis position focuses on acquiring and managing clients under the Mid-Market Group segment, specializing in corporate banking products and services.
Main Responsibilities- Develop new client relationships and identify opportunities for lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other financial products.
- Create tailored solutions for clients based on their business and financial needs.
- Pursue revenue and profitability targets through acquisition and cross-selling.
- Maintain high credit quality, compliance, and risk management standards in all interactions.
- Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders, including credit, product, and operations teams.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate relationship management or acquisition.
- A deep understanding of the corporate ecosystem, banking products, and credit analysis.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
- Preferrable: MBA/CA/Graduate with relevant banking experience.
