About This Role

This position focuses on acquiring and managing clients under the Mid-Market Group segment, specializing in corporate banking products and services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop new client relationships and identify opportunities for lending, liability, transaction banking, treasury, and other financial products.
  • Create tailored solutions for clients based on their business and financial needs.
  • Pursue revenue and profitability targets through acquisition and cross-selling.
  • Maintain high credit quality, compliance, and risk management standards in all interactions.
  • Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders, including credit, product, and operations teams.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate relationship management or acquisition.
  • A deep understanding of the corporate ecosystem, banking products, and credit analysis.
  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
  • Preferrable: MBA/CA/Graduate with relevant banking experience.
