Order to Cash Team Lead

Job Overview:

The Order to Cash (OTC) Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire order-to-cash process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process local and foreign currency invoices through accounts receivable systems, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Effective communication with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, finance departments, and external partners.
  • Diligently monitor invoice status and escalate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
  • Implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the OTC function, leveraging knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Maintain accurate records and document processes, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the team.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
  • Graduates or postgraduates with 5-8 years of relevant work experience in OTC operations.
  • End-to-end knowledge of OTC processes, including SAP and Concur.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Result-driven professional with strong domain expertise and a passion for process improvement.
