Regional Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to spearhead our cross-border business growth. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for driving regional expansion, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering a high-performing team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth across regions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
3. Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure seamless logistics and efficient delivery processes.
4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
5. Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure exceptional results.
6. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain Delhivery's competitive edge.
**Requirements:**
* MBA/ B.E/ B.Tech degree or equivalent experience
* 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Proven track record of driving business growth, building high-performing teams, and developing strategic partnerships
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote setting with minimal supervision
**Compensation:**
The estimated salary for this role is ₹40,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
