Job Title: Event Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled event marketing specialist to join our team. As an event marketing specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive event strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event plan to align with business objectives.
  • Plan, organise, and manage logistics for events, including trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment of event objectives with business goals.
  • Oversee event branding, booth design, and on-site execution to ensure a high-quality brand presence.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth delivery of events.
  • Track event budgets, negotiate contracts, and deliver cost-effective event outcomes.
  • Analyse event performance and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably in B2B or SaaS industry.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work across time zones and travel within the region as needed.
