Senior Event Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Strategist to lead our client servicing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional event solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering trust and loyalty through regular communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the client servicing team, ensuring alignment on client needs, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Business Development: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end client lifecycle from pitch presentations and negotiations to on-ground delivery and post-event feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Client Satisfaction: Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Tracking: Track client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8–12 years of client servicing experience in the events, MICE, or experiential marketing industry.
  • Strong background in handling corporate clients and large-format projects.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and event execution.
