Strategic Brand Manager for Oncology

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in pharmaceutical marketing and brand strategy to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. As a Strategic Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities- Brand Planning: Develop and execute annual brand plans, aligning with business objectives and market insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure effective execution of brand strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on brand performance, making adjustments as needed to meet business objectives.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on oncology preferred.
- Education: Master's degree or MBA required.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Additionally, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development, including training programs and career advancement opportunities.
