Job Title: Data Architect

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled data architect to join our organization. As a key member of our data team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data solutions using cloud-based data warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data mapping specifications and transformation rules to ensure seamless data integration between systems.
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Create and execute data conversion scripts and processes to support analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Design and implement data models optimized for analytics, including creating and maintaining database objects.
  • Develop SQL transformations within the data warehouse for reporting requirements and configure modules according to design specifications.
  • Design and build business processes, security configurations, and reports using custom calculations, rules, and business logic.
  • Participate in system testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure high-quality data solutions.
  • Develop reporting solutions using the data warehouse as the data source and create data visualization dashboards connected to the data warehouse to support self-service reporting capabilities for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data management or system integration.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with data conversion, integration, or reporting.
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouse platforms and architecting or working with ELT technologies (such as DBT) and data architectures.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation tools, ETL processes, and data validation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of programming languages, and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of API integration patterns and technologies and experience with agile development methodologies.
