Job Title: Senior Data Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, engineering, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Data Architect will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing large-scale data architectures in Compliance, Risk, or Financial Services domains;
  • Developing and maintaining data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and performance tuning in cloud-based data environments;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and goals;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the Senior Data Architect should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field;
  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or solution design in Compliance, Risk, or Financial Services domains;
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and advanced SQL, especially with Snowflake;
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and performance tuning in large-scale data environments;
  • Solid understanding of analytics for risk and compliance use cases such as false positive reduction, alert triaging, and investigative workflow analysis;
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms, ideally in a Snowflake-based data lakehouse architecture;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill technical complexity into business-oriented solutions.
