Job Overview

We seek an experienced Search Engine Optimization Manager who will lead strategy, technical audits, content planning, local SEO, and link building. This professional will manage a small team, drive measurable results, and standardize processes across multiple client niches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps for international/local clients.
  • Lead technical SEO: crawl/indexation fixes, Core Web Vitals, site audits, and performance improvements.
  • Manage on-page & content strategy: keyword clusters, content briefs, schema markup, and content creation.
  • Oversee Local SEO: GBP optimization, citations, location pages, and geographic targeting.
  • Build safe link acquisition strategies: digital PR, niche links, and high-authority backlinks.
  • Mentor and manage a team of SEO specialists.
  • Report outcomes via Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio dashboards.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in SEO (agency background preferred).
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Looker Studio.
  • Proven track record of scaling organic traffic/leads in global markets.
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate with international clients.
  • Bonus: Experience with multi-location SEO & AI-assisted workflows.
