Senior Business Analyst for Network and Systems Infrastructure

Job Opportunity:

A seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in Travel and Transportation or Airlines Domain is sought after to spearhead and advise on site, regional, and cross-organizational network and systems-related infrastructure initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business and industry trends, specifically related to Banking, Credit Card, Wallet, Payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, development and testing teams to identify business needs and requirements
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop functional specifications, requirements traceability matrices, and other project documentation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the development of training and user documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services or FinTech
  • Experience working on Digital Banking applications, especially SaaS-based applications
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
