As a Senior Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge network solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your advanced subject matter expertise will enable you to interpret business requirements into technical frameworks, providing strategic direction and guidance on technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and develop long-term strategic plans to ensure network capacity meets current and future requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients as a trusted technical advisor, driving solution design, business development, and transition of projects from presales to delivery and sales support.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise in analyzing client requirements, ensuring alignment with their current network and system capabilities.
  • Develop technical specifications for custom development and systems integration requirements, working closely with internal stakeholders.
  • Participate or lead in scope of work determination, product pricing, and RFP/RFI responses, influencing and guiding members of the Sales team to maintain visibility of forecasting and sales pipeline.
  • Manage client proof of concept initiatives, requiring the involvement of relevant resources, setup, and delivery of the POC.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Advanced professional technical experience related to software development, systems design and deployment, or networking and infrastructure within a large-scale technology services environment.
  • Strong network management experience, including fault and performance management systems.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Advantageous: SAFe Scaled Agile certification and vendor product, sales, and technology certifications.
