Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Business or Information Technology/Computer Science

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Access Administration, or Business Analysis

Job Purpose:

  • Seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), focusing on manual discovery of Identity Provider (IDP) and API Gateway usage across various applications.
  • This role requires gathering data from application teams, documenting API credential lifecycles, and ensuring governance compliance. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Excellent understanding of IDP concepts, API authentication, and credential management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, analysis, and documentation skills.
  • These skills will be applied across multiple Business Systems Analyst assignments within the IAM domain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with global teams to engage with application teams and gather requirements.

2. Lead the discovery process using questionnaires to capture details on authentication methods, credential lifecycles, and governance gaps.

3. Build an accurate inventory of IDP/API usage by documenting API credentials and authentication lifecycles.

4. Prepare process documentation, operationalize, and support governance enforcement, working closely with IAM architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams.

5. Participate in go-live activities, post-deployment troubleshooting, and periodic access automation validation checks.
