We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with experience to design, implement, and optimize solutions with specific to Payments domain.

  • Role: Business Analyst
  • Location: Bangalore
  • Experience: 5 to 8 Years
  • Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

  • You will design and maintain high-performance applications using Business Analyst.
  • You will revamp the legacy lending system, ensuring platformization, extensibility, testability, and scalability as foundational principles.
  • You will engage with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, skillfully managing ambiguity throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You will collaborate with vendors to integrate lending system with their offerings.
  • You will work closely with client's cross-functional teams, including product and business teams, to influence technical decisions and define feature specification.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • You should have 4-7 yrs of hands-on industry experience in building distributed systems to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Have good experience in Payments Domain.
  • UPI Switch
  • BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System)
  • Merchant POS
  • JIRA
  • Payment Flow
  • Payment User history
  • Confluent
  • Creating best practices & SOPs
  • Good team Player and willing to share information with the team
  • Eager and Willingness to learn and Add value to the existing workflows
