About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Associate Data Analyst
to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in data analysis and business intelligence. You will gain hands-on experience working with data, generating insights, and supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize datasets from multiple sources.
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Assist senior analysts in preparing presentations and business reports.
  • Support the team in data validation, quality checks, and documentation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (functions, pivot tables, charts).
  • Basic understanding of SQL for database querying.
  • Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of Python or R for basic data analysis.
  • Exposure to data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
  • Internship/project experience in data or analytics.
