Financial Literacy Trainer

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as financial literacy trainers. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful financial education sessions under various initiatives aimed at improving financial awareness among different target groups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial literacy training sessions for youth, women, rural populations, self-help groups, and unbanked segments as per project curriculum.
  • Train participants on the basics of banking & financial services, savings, budgeting, and financial planning, insurance and risk protection, credit & debt management, government financial schemes, and digital banking.
  • Maintain accurate records of session attendance, feedback, and training data as per reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders including banks, self-help groups, panchayats, and community leaders for mobilization and outreach efforts.
Candidate Profile:
  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Economics, or Social Work). Certification in Financial Literacy, BFSI, or NISM/NABARD modules is desirable.
  • Work Experience: 1–5 years in training or community outreach roles, preferably in financial inclusion, self-help group training, or banking, financial services, and insurance skill projects.
  • Skills Required: Excellent communication skills in the local language, basic understanding of banking and financial services products, ability to connect with grassroots-level participants, familiarity with digital financial tools, and documentation and basic reporting skills.
