Job Overview

  • We are seeking a seasoned Regional Financial Leader to drive financial excellence and strategic growth across our North-East and East regions.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for these regions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and management information systems (MIS) for leadership review.
  • Responsibilities include managing sales accounting and plant accounting for 4 plant-based locations, driving standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance with internal controls.
  • The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth and cost optimization, leading and mentoring the regional finance team to deliver high performance.
  • They will also ensure statutory compliance, audits, and adherence to company policies.

About You

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), or MBA in Finance qualification is essential, along with minimum 15+ years experience in core finance, accounts, and controllership roles, preferably in FMCG / FMCD / Manufacturing / Plant-based setups.
  • Proficiency in SAP (HANA preferable), financial analysis, and statutory requirements is mandatory. Prior experience as a leader or mentor is also essential.
