Regional Director

Key Responsibilities:

• P&L management of North-East and East regions.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for regional operations.
• Managing sales accounting and plant accounting for 4 plant-based locations in the region.
• Financial reporting and MIS for leadership review.
• Standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance with internal controls.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to support business growth and cost optimization.
• Leading and mentoring the regional finance team to deliver high performance.
• Ensuring statutory compliance, audits, and adherence to company policies.

About You:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), or MBA in Finance holder.
• SAP proficiency (preferably SAP HANA) and MIS/financial reporting tool expertise.
• At least 15 years of experience in core finance, accounts & controllership roles.
