We are seeking a proactive professional to drive impactful communication strategies within the organization. This is a crucial role for an individual with experience in internal and external communication, who can effectively engage employees and strengthen company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective communication strategies to align employees with organizational vision and goals.
  • Craft and disseminate key messages and company-wide announcements in collaboration with leadership teams.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to support both internal and external campaigns.
  • Oversee content and functionality of the company intranet to ensure it remains a valuable resource for all employees.
  • Create and distribute various communication materials, including newsletters, emails, and presentations.
  • Act as a bridge between internal and external communication efforts to maintain a consistent brand voice and message.
Required Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated Internal Communication role or similar position.
  • Prior experience working alongside leadership teams to develop and implement communication strategies.
  • Hands-on experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including external agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different audiences.
