Role Summary:

Data Specialist for Identity and Access Management is a crucial position within our organization. This role involves ensuring that user data is refreshed periodically to enable effective IAM controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure user data is refreshed in Onecert, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extract and upload user lists to Onecert.
  • Maintain established processes to generate reports and follow defined escalation procedures to source user lists.
  • Fulfill requests raised by business stakeholders to source user lists and SAM documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams for user list sourcing. Work with support to understand application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Highlight and mitigate risk pertaining to IAM processes and the Bank.
  • Support IAM leaders to maintain and enhance IAM processes.
  • Demonstrate good working etiquette, strong teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Review and implement enhancements for application security compliance.
