
Invoicing and Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Invoicing and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent organizational skills.
The position involves preparing, verifying, and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Reconciling discrepancies in invoices and resolving queries with internal teams/vendors is also an essential part of this role.
Maintaining invoice records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements are key responsibilities. This role requires close attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Invoice Processing: Prepare, verify, and process invoices accurately and on time
- Discrepancy Resolution: Reconcile discrepancies in invoices and resolve queries with internal teams/vendors
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date invoice records
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in office administration and vendor coordination
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
