ESG Sustainability Expert Role

This position is responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive ESG sustainability strategies.

  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust ESG reporting frameworks to ensure compliance with various standards and guidelines.

  • Conduct thorough climate risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies aligned with TCFD principles.

  • Oversee supplier ESG performance monitoring, ensuring that all partners meet high environmental and social standards.

  • Maintain and review the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Management System (ESMS).

  • Evaluate and refine materiality analysis reports periodically to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ESG initiatives and foster a culture of sustainability within the organization.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in ESG or sustainability, with expertise in various reporting standards and guidelines.

  • A deep understanding of GHG emission accounting principles and excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.

  • The ability to work collaboratively with diverse global teams and adapt to changing regulations and industry developments.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.

  • A post-graduate degree in Environment Science, Environment Management, or a related field.
