We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability Professional to lead our organization's sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive sustainability strategies that align with global environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sustainability Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability initiatives to support long-term environmental objectives.
  • Identify key impact areas and set measurable targets aligned with global ESG frameworks.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and report environmental performance data including carbon emissions, energy usage, and waste management.
  • Prepare ESG disclosures and sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Compliance and Audits:
  • Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations.
  • Support environmental audits, maintain documentation, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to promote sustainable practices.
  • Lead awareness campaigns and sustainability workshops to foster a culture of environmental responsibility.
• Risk Assessment and Management:
  • Conduct environmental risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize ecological footprint and ensure business continuity.
• Innovation and Research:
  • Research new technologies, materials, and methods to enhance sustainability performance.
  • Recommend and pilot innovative solutions.
• Training and Development:
  • Design and deliver training programs on sustainability practices, environmental compliance, and corporate responsibility.
• Project Management:
  • Lead or support green projects such as energy efficiency upgrades, waste reduction programs, and sustainability certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, LEED).

Requirements:

• A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Certifications in ESG or sustainability reporting are a plus.

3–5 years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability program management, or ESG reporting within a corporate or consulting environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in sustainability frameworks such as GRI, CDP, SASB, or ISO 14001.Proficiency in data analysis tools and sustainability software is highly desirable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and engaging way to diverse audiences.A proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to driving positive environmental change.
