Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Project Manager to lead our structural engineering and BIM projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, team leadership, and technical expertise in structural design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the structural engineering & BIM team on multiple projects to ensure timely completion, high-quality deliverables, and client satisfaction.
  • Review and guide the development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance with industry codes, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams for project integration, effective communication, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and BIM modelers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor project progress, allocate resources, and adjust plans as needed to meet project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM/construction projects, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE).
  • Experience in managing teams, delivering coordinated BIM models, and ensuring project quality and safety.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
