We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Transaction Advisory practice.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in M&A deal execution, post-deal integration, carve-outs, and restructuring. Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS), tax structuring, and compliance frameworks is also essential.

Key responsibilities include leading the drafting of transaction documents, completion of due diligence, and transaction negotiations. The successful candidate will also oversee integration of acquired businesses, ensure synergy tracking and realization, and manage separation and carve-out activities where required.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Head of Transaction Advisory will also act as a trusted advisor to boards, promoters, CFOs, and private equity investors on post-transaction strategy.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a proven ability to lead complex cross-border transactions and post-deal execution programs. A track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring Managers and Associates is also highly desirable.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 12+ years in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
  • Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA (Finance) / LLP
  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, EV, or diversified industrials is an advantage
