  • Designing branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Developing a strong brand message that resonates across all channels and marketing efforts.
  • Analysing consumer behaviour to identify customer personas and opportunities for growth.
  • Crafting quarterly and annual hiring plans to support business objectives.
  • Monitoring competition and identifying areas for differentiation.
  • Coordinating sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and drive business results.

Driving successful IPO execution requires strategic planning and coordination. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and managing budgets for the Marketing department.

Key qualifications for this role include:

Graduation or MBA in Marketing or a related field.

5-8 years of experience in a related field, preferably in marketing leadership roles.

Proven track record of success in running marketing campaigns and driving business growth.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
