Job Description

In this role, you will support the smooth running of the People & Culture Department, taking responsibility for duties and tasks assigned to you. Your goal will be to ensure that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support the team in achieving its objectives
  • Collaborate with your immediate reports to ensure costs and inventory are controlled, productivity and performance levels are attained
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values

Key Responsibilities:

- Supports the delivery of brilliant People & Culture support

- Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role

- Collaborates with their immediate report to ensure costs and inventory are controlled

Requirements:

- Educational Qualification of BBA or MBA in Human Resources vertical

- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style

- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

- Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks assigned

- Personal integrity with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
