Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to join our team. As an Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for business trips.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, ensuring smooth operations of the office supplies and housekeeping.
  • Maintain accurate records of office supplies, inward/outward correspondence, and company guest house.
  • Manage administrative books of accounts and ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments of senior executives and plan team events.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, and data sheets as assigned.
  • Compile timely, concise, and accurate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in prescribed formats.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
