Job Description:

As a seasoned project manager, you will lead complex projects from initiation to closure, taking complete accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Your expertise in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders will be crucial in defining scope, allocating resources, establishing timelines, and setting communication and testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets and analyze project economics, providing insights on cost-benefit and ROI.
  • Monitor progress, prepare detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and key metrics, and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies while driving corrective actions.
Requirements:

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years of core project management experience in cross-functional, matrix environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and portfolios successfully.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Mandatory certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).

Candidates must have advanced-level IT knowledge and be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
