Project Manager Position

This is a position for an experienced project manager to lead the delivery of complex projects.

The successful candidate will have strong background in project management and excellent communication skills. They will also have deep understanding of Duck Creek solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek (Billing, Policy, Claims).
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
  • Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
  • Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance.
  • 5+ years managing Duck Creek implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Duck Creek Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Author).
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
