We are seeking a talented Agricultural Business Development Executive to join our team at Swan Energy Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies that drive growth and achieve revenue targets in the fertilizers, organic manure, bio-pesticides, and bio-nutrients sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with at least 15 years of experience in the agrochemical industry. Proven ability to manage large-scale sales and distribution networks, as well as strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, are essential for this role.

The estimated salary for this position is around ₹40 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will be based in Maharashtra and will be responsible for leading the sales team across Pan India.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Business Development Strategy: Developing and executing business development strategies that drive growth, identify new market opportunities, and plan the appointment of distributors and channel partners.
  • Sales Performance Enhancement: Analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies, achieving and exceeding revenue targets, and preparing detailed sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with distributors, B2B clients, and large institutional customers, negotiating high-value agreements, and representing the company at industry events.
