Job Overview

This is a senior client servicing leadership position that requires expertise in managing high-profile events and driving business growth through exceptional event solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • The primary point of contact for key clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Leading and mentoring the client servicing team to align on client needs, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Translating client briefs into actionable strategies, proposals, and event concepts.
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Managing end-to-end client lifecycle from pitch presentations and negotiations to on-ground delivery and post-event feedback.
  • Ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Anticipating client needs and proactively providing solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Tracking client satisfaction, resolving escalations, and providing regular updates to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8–12 years of client servicing experience in the events industry.
  • Strong background in handling corporate clients and large-format projects.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related field.
  • Prior experience with reputable event agencies handling marquee clients.
  • Strong understanding of event strategy and market trends.
