Job Description:

The role of an Executive Leader at our company involves providing expert guidance on tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to high net worth individuals (HNI). This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, able to motivate and guide a team to achieve outstanding results.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in taxation, specifically in HNI taxation (Codes: 1040 HNI / 1041).

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in taxation and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing expert advice on tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to HNI clients.
  • Leading a team of tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax returns and other compliance requirements.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and advising the team accordingly.
