Job Overview

The Assignment Support Associate role is a vital part of our team, focusing on seamless pre-payroll activities and efficient expense management.

About the Position:

This position involves assessing timesheets and expenses for accuracy and completeness, as well as working closely with sales teams to ensure timely approvals from clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review timesheets and expenses to ensure adherence to client-specific checklists.
  2. Verify receipts received and ensure accurate amount tallies.
  3. Communicate directly with contractors or sales teams for discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts.
  4. Manage payroll-related queries by analyzing data and providing detailed overviews.
  5. Process emails in shared inboxes according to deadlines and urgency levels.
  6. Save expense sheets and receipts as per the required filing convention and seek approvals from managers without impacting turnaround time.
  7. Work according to the payroll schedule to avoid payment delays.
  8. Perform additional tasks assigned by managers.
  9. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency in timesheet and expense review processes.
