About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with strong organizational and communication skills to support large-scale ERP programs.
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
- Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
- Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
- Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
- Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive coordination of cross-functional teams.
- Effective issue/risk management and escalation.
- Clear documentation and communication of project status.
- Prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management.
- Collaboration with US stakeholders and global teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems.
- Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience coordinating ERP implementations.
- Exposure to large-scale IT transformation programs.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
