Job Title: Service Management Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Service Management Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3-level support for Service Management in a mission-critical banking environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS and local banking regulations.
  • Operate under ITIL processes to manage incidents, changes, and problems.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Service Management (L2) or 8+ years (L3).
  • Strong skills in Incident/Change/Problem Management, ServiceNow/BMC.
  • Ability to troubleshoot incidents, manage approved changes, and participate in DR/BCP drills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Configuration management and performance optimization.
  • Vendor TAC case coordination and firmware/patch planning.

A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ownership mindset, excellent documentation skills, and clear communication with stakeholders. They will also be prepared for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
