The role requires working with a team of experts who are responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing timely support to stakeholders. One of the key responsibilities is to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency through streamlining processes.

  • Data Consolidation: Gather data from various sources, verify its accuracy, and store it in a central location for easy access.">
  • Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using data entry processes and reporting tools.">
  • Dashboards: Maintain and update dashboards with current data to ensure that they remain clear and usable for decision-making purposes.">
  • Data Accuracy: Regularly review and validate data to maintain integrity across all systems and reports.">
  • Query Resolution: Address queries related to data from internal teams, providing prompt and accurate support.">
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas where repetitive workflows can be improved, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement changes.">
">Your Skills and Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong organisational and time-management skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data management, reporting, or an administrative role.">
  • Skills: Familiarity with reporting tools and data entry processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).">
  • Education: A degree in a related field is not required but preferred.">
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.">

You will work collaboratively with our team in the Hub and Group Programme Management Team. Your primary point of contact will be with the Hub Team.
