Job Title: Senior Management Position

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume the role of Senior Manager - Administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration management, exceptional leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills.

About the Role:

  • Administrative Oversight:

    • Coordinate facilities management and maintenance services.
  • Staff Supervision:
    • Lead and manage a high-performing administrative team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes productivity and growth.
  • Budget Management:
    • Assist in developing and managing the administrative budget.
    • Monitor expenses and propose cost-saving initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations and achieve strategic objectives.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on administrative metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with organizational requirements.
  • Company Growth:
    • Support company expansion initiatives through effective administrative strategies.
    • Coordinate administrative support for new projects, offices, or business ventures.
    • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless expansion activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as an Administration Manager, Administrative Services Manager, or similar role.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures and operations management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
