Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Operations Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, with experience in managing accounts receivable, collections, and client relationships.

The Senior Business Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of accounts receivable, including following up with clients for payments, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving any billing or payment-related issues.

In addition to their technical skills, the Senior Business Operations Manager must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, with a focus on accounts receivable and collections.

Skillset:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
