Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing application support to business functions, ensuring seamless integration and documentation of business requirements.

This includes developing and maintaining plans for the application, aligning with global IT strategy and policies, as well as collaborating with other specialists to ensure a consistent solution and long-term governance of data.

The role also involves staying updated on vendor updates, patches, and fixes, contributing to the development and maintenance plan, and introducing new functionality to drive business efficiency.

The specialist will monitor the quality, performance, and cost efficiency of the application, document and maintain records of business requirements, and provide second- and third-line support when needed.
