Job Title: Quality System Configuration Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to provide assistance with system configurations and support for global, web-based applications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing daily system support to users of the EtQ Reliance application.
  • Troubleshooting system issues with users and collaborating with them to resolve the issues, as well as with software vendors when necessary.
  • Performing various system administration duties, such as updating website information content, system data changes, etc.
  • Assisting with configuration changes to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Developing and executing test cases to verify that configurations work as expected.
  • Supporting software validation and change control activities.
  • Contributing to the development of charts, graphs, and other reports utilizing Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
  • Supporting the creation of training materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • A strong passion for delivering results and helping others succeed, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience in system troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Familiarity with Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • Proficiency in SharePoint.
