Project Director for Solar, EPC and BESS Initiatives

A seasoned project manager is sought to spearhead the planning, execution, and lifecycle management of renewable energy projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the full lifecycle of solar, EPC, and BESS projects from concept to handover and O&M.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across various models, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and cost optimization.
  • Evaluate technology options, project partnerships, and business models for maximum impact.
  • Project Execution & Delivery:
  • Oversee multiple portfolios with a focus on timely delivery, quality control, and cost minimization.
  • Implement robust project monitoring systems, dashboards, KPIs, and risk tracking.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and environmental compliance throughout all project stages.
  • Operations & Maintenance:
  • Develop efficient O&M frameworks for long-term performance and asset lifecycle management of deployed renewable and BESS assets.
  • Ensure customer SLAs, uptime commitments, and remote monitoring standards are met.
  • Leadership & Team Building:
  • Lead, mentor, and foster high-performance teams across locations.
  • Cultivate a culture focused on ownership, accountability, and results-driven outcomes.
