We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to spearhead our hiring efforts.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and implementing effective recruitment plans, overseeing end-to-end hiring processes, and driving talent pipelines. This includes developing strategies aligned with business objectives, collaborating with department heads to understand workforce needs, and leveraging various sourcing channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that meet business goals
  • Led a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets across departments and locations
  • Cultivate relationships with department heads to comprehend workforce requirements
  • Promote sourcing initiatives through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio
Requirements
  • Post Graduate
  • Demonstrated experience (8+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Able to lead and motivate a team
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools
Preferred Attributes
  • Experience in campus hiring, lateral hiring, sales hiring, and leadership hiring
  • Understanding of diversity hiring practices
  • High energy, result-oriented, and driven by performance metrics
