Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting and managing legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions.

About the Role
  • Support and manage legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions, including reviewing and finalising transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments.
  • Liaise with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals while ensuring compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and finalise transaction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate deal closure and manage relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance legal processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.
