Corporate Communications Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our corporate communications team. As a senior analyst, you will play a vital role in assisting the lead in various initiatives.

The successful candidate will support internal communication, events and media, digital and social media, and reporting and documentation.

  • Internal Communication: You will draft, format, and publish internal communication materials (emails, newsletters, announcements), assist with employee engagement campaigns, leadership messages, and intranet content.
  • Events & Media: Provide logistical and creative support during internal events and maintain archives of communication assets.
  • Digital and Social Media: Monitor corporate social media handles and track engagement metrics, draft posts, and coordinate approvals with relevant departments.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain a calendar of communication activities and provide weekly/monthly updates, track and report basic analytics on communication initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Prior experience in corporate communications, marketing or content roles is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint); Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms.
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Capable to multitask and meet timelines.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic to take up new challenges and tasks.
  • Interest in corporate culture, storytelling, and visual branding.
