Job Description

This role involves overseeing digital market activation strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

  • Lead business readiness activities for new feature launches, ensuring seamless customer adoption.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to inform launch approaches and develop robust communications plans.
  • Define pilot and implementation strategies using data-driven insights, maximizing reuse and efficiency.
  • Partner with market teams to create effective go-to-market plans tailored to specific markets.
  • Manage governance and compliance activities to ensure successful launches.
  • Provide daily hypercare reporting to track customer response and operational performance, identifying trends for future optimizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A background in digital transformation programs, with expertise in online and mobile platforms.
  • Experience working with individual markets or regions to support business readiness activities.
  • Proven ability to work in agile cross-functional teams, driving collaborative efforts.
