Job Opportunity

  • A highly skilled professional with an expert understanding of social platforms is required to design engaging experiences through insights, technologies, and expertise.
  • The ideal candidate will have a constant test and learn approach, with a deep dive into analysis of Category, Competition, Consumer, Culture & Brand to come up with unique, differentiated insights.
  • The role requires collaboration with the client servicing team to continuously improve the thinking, direction of the strategy, and recommended programs and tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create an integrated strategy platform for campaigns/pitches that serves as an ideal springboard for the creative team.
  • Analyze available insights and define overall strategy in terms of Distribution and Amplification. This could extend to competitive analysis.
  • Develop the right advertising pressure to achieve the goals taking into consideration the objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Participate actively in new business pitches as and when required.
  • Prepare and present visual presentations with sharp POV and riveting narrative.

Requirements

  • A Post Graduate with around 7 years of experience in brand planning, social and/or digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills, with the ability to generate data-based insights to weave into the strategy process.
  • Passionate about fast-evolving social/digital media environment with a strong POV to share with clients and colleagues.
