Talent Acquisition Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and exceptional candidate engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit top talent for assigned functions by sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing, referrals, and networking.
  • Implement structured communication and touchpoints to minimize candidate drop-offs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present reports to leadership.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media, headhunting, and direct search.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
