Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the end-to-end execution of custom application development and integration projects. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project planning skills, and team management abilities.

  • Project Planning
  • Develop project plans, define timelines, identify dependencies, and track progress effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Team Management
  • Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX specialists, and DevOps teams for smooth project execution.
  • Schedule and Risk Management
  • Manage risks, scope changes, and schedule adjustments proactively to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of custom application development on Java and .NET stacks.
  • Familiarity with Microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Expertise in schedule planning, effort estimation, dependency tracking, and delivery monitoring.

Preferred Tools:

  • Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Git, Jenkins, or equivalent software.
