Our organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various IT projects.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed within the set timeframe and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Determine project changes.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Undertake project tasks as required.
  • Develop project strategies.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Manage stakeholder views towards the best solution.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

We require IT project management experience with basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and security. Experience in handling IT security projects (minimum 3 years) is also essential.
